Coordination: Work closely with the Barangay DRRMC and other local authorities for effective disaster response and compliance with regulations.

Emergency Response: Lead and assist during emergencies, ensuring proper communication, evacuation, and safety measures are followed.

Prepare and publish approved announcements, advisories, notices, newsletters, and community updates.

Design and assist in producing posters, graphics, and other informational materials.

Promote meetings, programs, activities, and events to encourage active participation.

Help prevent misinformation by ensuring that only verified and approved information is shared.

Ensure all activities comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including securing consent before publishing personal information or images.

Work under the supervision of the Board and ensure all official statements—especially on financial, legal, or policy matters—are properly approved.
